Whether it’s print, radio, television or social media, our relationships with media, and our well-earned reputation for being credible, creative, professional and accommodating, reflects years of managing some of our province’s biggest stories.
Pace Group’s roots are in media relations and we have excellent working relationships with media in Vancouver, Victoria, around the province and across the country. Our team has worked in BC newsrooms, so we understand the environment in which journalists operate, and our media plans take into account the time constraints and deadlines they face.
By considering their needs along with those of our clients, we’ve earned an excellent reputation for delivering stories and visuals for television, print and radio – and no one, absolutely no one, mines for creative story ideas like we do. We also provide all manner of written communications in virtually any format, and provide crisis management for a wide range of corporate, government and not-for-profit clients.
And to help clients interact most effectively with the media, Pace Group offers media training sessions which have been sought by some of BC’s highest profile business and union executives, politicians, government officials, board members and judges. Our media and communications staff provide one-on-one and small-group workshops to go over the basics of effective story-telling, and provide opportunities to hone interview skills with on-camera interviews critiqued by experienced news professionals.

“There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened. To be successful, you need to be a person who makes things happen.”
― Jim Lovell
In business, you always have a constant partner – government.
Government and its policies are often the deciding factor in your success because it manages the marketplace through its framework of law, taxation and market protections. Government also invests in the infrastructure, the development of skilled labour and opens global channels to the vital capital investment that all operations rely on. Therefore, it’s crucial to not only have insight into the public policy sphere in which one operates, but to have a voice there too.
Pace Group has decades of experience in successfully dealing with public policy matters in wide array of sectors. Our team has been on the inside and knows how the system works, who the players are and how to get through the often daunting process of getting to “yes.”
Pace Group navigates the decision-making channels and ensure your message is heard by government. Because, success means making things happen.

For more than two decades, Pace Group has helped clients tell their stories.
As a full-service communications company, we promote, protect or rehabilitate the reputations of a broad range of public and private sector clients. As a result, we’ve become well-known for being creative, concise and connected in a sometimes crowded field. Whether we’re talking to stakeholders, government or the media, we’ve provided clients with the tools and talent to take good ideas off the drawing board, protect reputations, and build networks of support at home or across the province.
We’ve always believed that we’re all judged by the company we keep. The men and women who work here, as well as the many clients who take us into their confidence, speak volumes about the sort of company we have become.
