Oona oversees the coordination of all high-profile Pace Group projects including special events and provincial tours for a wide variety of government ministries, Crown corporations, provincial agencies and other public and private sector clients.

With more than 20 years of community relations and event management experience which has taken her virtually everywhere in British Columbia, no one has better community contacts across the province than Oona.

Past projects that have benefited from Oona guidance include the Ministry of Forests’ Forestry Revitalization Exhibit (2003), the BC2000 Millennium Book Tour and the cross-Canada Queen’s Baton Relay for the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria. On behalf on the Vancouver International Airport Authority, Oona has organized the 1997 ACI Pacific International Airports Conference (1997), the YVR Community Airports Conference (1994 and 2001), and the GenerationYVR and BC Communities 2045 forums (2005).

Prior to becoming a founding Partner of the Pace Group, Oona was a Special Events Coordinator with the Province of British Columbia (1988-90), a member of the BCIT Board of Governors (1989-1992) and Chair of Okanagan University College (1986-88).
